First time having surgery at the Ten Mile Surgery Center. From the moment I walked up to the front desk, I was Greeted with comfort and a smile! My “Pre” surgery check in nurse (RN) Mary Jo was Truly Awesome and Fun! She made me feel so much at home especially with my warm blanket. She took my anxiety and turned it into many giggles and Gentle Care! Post surgery nurse Justine made sure I was comfortable and in good hands! This facility is so top notch! Very clean with such good professionalism! If your doubting your whereabouts for any upcoming procedures.. You will never regret choosing the Best .. Ten Mile Surgery Center!! Thank you to your whole staff for making my day so Comfortable & Amazing!!

Had hardware removed from my right tibia. The surgical staff were very attentive, very professional. The whole procedure seemed so smooth that I couldn’t tell that anything had had ever taken place. Very professional staff, very attentive to patient’s needs. If I could have given them 10 stars, I would have. The Ten Mile Surgery Center strives for the patients needs more than any other facility I’ve ever been to. The entire experience seemed as if I was the only one there, and all of their attention and staff were focused on my well-being. I would recommend this surgery facility to anyone, and everyone I know. I was amazed, the staff’s attention to my needs, it seemed as if the entire facility had been there just for my procedure. The entire procedure was stress free and almost relaxing. The entire staff, from the surgeon to the nurses, were very helpful and professional. I wanted to give them more stars on the rating.

The staff, from the front desk to the lovely lady who wheeled me out, are friendly, proficient in their jobs and are quick with a smile and a helping hand. My assigned nurse, Justin, was absolutely wonderful. A big thank to all the staff and an extra one for Justin.
