Dr. Heaton and receptionist at Idaho Surgery are great. Front line gals in billing were awesome. DO NOT PREPAY for services at Surgery Center of Idaho. They owed me a refund and said it would be returned in three weeks. After an additional 2.5 weeks (after the initial three weeks) of constantly following up, they finally refunded my money. The billing manager and accountant do not communicate at all.
