Canceled my surgery the day before, after I waited 3 MONTHS. Myself, friends, family, work, were all so excited for me to get back to feeling myself. Bent over backwards to make this happen, only for them to call and cancel the day before my surgery from a previous surgery bill that is over half way paid off (that they misled me on THAT time TOO!). I'm becoming convinced the more you suffer, the longer you wait (or are forced to wait), the bigger your bill, the more they get paid...

I was in a mountain biking accident and had both clavicle surgery and UCL thumb ligament repair with Dr. Robinson. My experience for both surgeries was top-notch! They treated me kindly and with respect. They also honored my wishes when it came to different anesthesia options and I did not feel pressured. I am 3 months or so post-op and recovering beautifully and I have Dr. Robinson and his team to thank! Ps. As a woman having a large scar on my collar bone area was a concern. Dr Robinson did a great job and my incision scar is clean and precise. I'm hopeful, with time, it will completely fade.

I had surgery there a week ago and my lady had 3 vertebrae fused about 6 mo's ago... both experiences at their surgical center was exceptional in every way. Their facilities are very new, very clean... the nurses go above and beyond to assure my comfort pre and post op. They are engaging, truly listen well and show concern, warm/friendly as well as highly competent. Thank you SC of TVH

Horrible post-op care. Sent the patient home after shoulder surgery in an ill-fitting and maladjusted sling and REFUSED to allow her to come in to get it readjusted even though we are ten minutes away. This caused additional pain and anxiety as we waited to try to find out how to get the sling adjusted, where and when. Ended up trying to watch YouTube videos (!) to figure it out. Very disappointed in Surgical Center of TVH.
