The healthcare teams that work here are great. The office staff and admin are abysmal. As a student, I needed a simple shadowing form signed. What should have taken one or two phone calls turned into 7. After answering my first call, they never answered again. I would call during business hours and leave a message. They returned my call once and gave me information that wasn't pertinent to getting my form signed. I went to the center in person twice. The last time was after I had been trying to contact them for over two weeks and I finally found out they weren't going to sign the form. A simple "no" after the first phone call or two would have been really nice and much better than getting strung along for 2+ weeks. It's sad to see such unprofessional customer service especially for local students trying to advance themselves.

Paperwork for blood draw and cat scan were not sent to the hospital. I had to cool my heels in the waiting room for over an hour only to be told both would have to be rescheduled. Am questioning whether I trust them to get the surgery right. The saga continues. I went in on Tuesday for the cat scan. There were additional orders for another blood draw, ekg and chest exray. Two hours after completing these tests I received s phone call from Gritman. The doctor's office forgot one of the blood tests, so I have to make another trip. If they can't get the testing right, will I have multiple surgeries? Looking for another surgeon.
