I had a wonderful experience, my Dr. Kirsten Morigeau was kind, communicative and extremely Gentle with an endoscopy she performed. I had a lot of confidence in her kindness, skills and abilities. I’ve had miserable experiences having that same procedure and was worried about it, but I didn’t need to be.

No one would say this whole process is enjoyable, but I think Dr. Mccoy and the crew did a great job. The communication was exceptional, which made it so much easier to maneuver through the pre-diet, etc. I am sharing a photo of what I ate after I was finished. All the staff were so good to talk to me about what I had to look forward to when I was done (I complained about how starved I …) and the best restaurants to go to. 😉

This team worked well together through my whole process. A shout out for my nurse Bryce who was fantastic pre and post procedure! One thing I don’t care for is trying to get message to them to get a call back. I feel that they could definitely use a better communication system with live people returning calls in a timely manner.

From entering the building to exiting the building the staff and Dr Jaeger were on it, everything prepared while explaining what was going on. Each staff member I came in contact with was personable and comforting. I'm not saying I want to do this again soon, but for any future Colonoscopies I want to come here.

Dr Morigeau was pleasant and did a great job explaining the procedure and what to expect. The environment in the facility was great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I was in and out of my appointment quicker than expected which is always good.
