Got my ankle surgery done here today and wow what an amazing team and experience special shoutout to Micheal, Amanda and Stuart they are so amazing and attentive and made me feel so safe in what I thought was going to be a very stressful process. It’s like they knew what I needed before I could even ask and I could not be more grateful!

I had what was supposed to be a minor and routine surgical procedure on April 25th, 2023. a week later I was in the hospital with sepsis caused by a staph infection that was contracted during the surgery. I had a long and difficult recovery, 4 months on a PICC line for IV antibiotics, nearly lost my leg, and on top of that my foot is destroyed from the effects of the surgery. I also have thousands of dollars of medical debt now as well. needless to say, I do not recommend this facility.

Had a scope earlier today. And while scopes are never fun, I was very happy with my experience here. Dr Williams was thorough and made me feel comfortable. The staff, nurses, Stu with anesthesia, everybody, were great. They got me in and out early with no surprises. I've had 2 prior scopes at different locations, and these guys (and gals) easily made it the best experience so far.

I had bunion surgery and the Ponderay Surgery Center hosted my event. It was super slick and easy. From my nurse Nancy to my anesthesiologist Stu it was great! I can't wait to get my other foot done in August.

The staff at the surgery center were amazing. This was my first ever surgery and the staff made me feel comfortable and safe. They patiently answered all my questions and made conversation. Dr. Debennidetto and Dr. Taylor did a spectacular job on my ACL reconstruction. I would definitely use their services again.
