Ben Attebury is a great guy to listen to what’s going on with your concerns. He cares for your well being. I went to them after having had a run around with someone else. They listened to me and addressed every issue that I had going on with my back. I know feel better than I have in a very long time. The staff is so supportive and wonderful to work with. Thank you so much everyone.

Such a great place! My mom had a procedure where she needed an IV and she is extremely needle phobic. She started having a panic attack, so Kathy came in and chatted with her bringing her back down to Earth. She is so sweet! Then Johnny came in to reexplain her procedure to help ease her anxiety. He is the best pain doctor for my mom. Always knows what to say to calm her down! Billie is awesome too! Also, enjoy retirement Dr. Dille! We miss you!

Reason for the bad rating is because I received a bill 1 and a half year later from my procedure. When I was there the last time I asked them is this the last amount I have to pay and they said yes. My wife was a witness to it when I asked. When I called in to go over my bill I told them it was BS I received it a year and a half later. Then I was threatened that it would just be sent to collections then. I always make sure I pay upfront or pay my co pays. I asked the person there how long they have been working there and they said seven years. Very disappointed that someone has been there for 7 years and I'm just getting a bill. I would have understood if they were new or my insurance didn't pay right away but they did. Bad service with the accounting side of it.

I honestly don't know how I would manage my pain without Johnny!! He is a godsend and so very patient. Dr. Dille is awesome and when it comes to injections there is no one else I would recommend. The nurses and office staff are always so polite and helpful...especially Billie. I would recommend Southern Idaho Pain Institute over any other pain management clinic!!!
