Had a foot procedure done today. This was my very first time ever going under anesthesia or having any sort of surgical procedure. Luscia was my pre and post-op nurse, and I cannot express how grateful I am for her professionalism, bedside manner, and attention to detail. She explained everything to me in such detail making it smooth sailing. She took such great care of me and if it wasn’t for her my nerves would’ve been all over the place. Thank you all very much! I highly recommend this place!!

Run, don't walk, AWAY from this place. My doctor booked me in here for some facial surgery. My 7:30 time was changed to 10:30 am to give another patient priority. When I arrived, the first thing I was told was that if my surgery went overtime, they wanted a credit card to charge for extra time. Such a nice welcoming! Stern faced nurses gave me a bed in a bay which was narrow and uncomfortable. I wound up standing up for two hours next to it without anyone offering me a chair. I finally asked if I could sit in an easy chair nearby. After four hours of waiting, an anesthesiologist came in to announce my surgery was being cancelled. Why? Because the use Propofol as a sedative for surgery. I had made it clear on every form that I am allergic to this medication. Did anyone bother to read my chart notes ahead of the scheduled surgery? No. But then they wanted to cancel due to it. I fought back. I called my doctor's office. Turns out he was actually in the same building. Would one of the lazy nurses even turn the corner to find him for me? No! His office manager had to contact him for me. He wound up finding an alternative way for surgery. The clinic had no back up plan on its own. I was handled by four people at once, like you see in the emergency room tv shows.I was put out and the surgery was performed. When I awoke, I had to go to the bathroom. Another lazy nurse brought a bedpan. I was able to use it, fortunately. I had to gedressed to leave all by myself. No one offered me help. The cold and busy nurses couldn't be bothered. I did put in a call the next day to one of the owners. But I did not receive a call back. Most importantly, had the anesthesiologist not seen I was allergic to the Propofol and they did the surgery, it could have had drastic consequences for me. The doctor's office blamed the surgery center. The surgery center blamed the doctor for this situation. It was left for me to clean up this mess. If your doctor wants to send you there.say no. It could save you from a catastrophe.

I had an exceptional experience at Associated Surgical Center from start to finish. Every single nurse was incredible—caring, attentive, and professional. I felt completely comfortable, safe, and relaxed throughout the entire process. The entire team was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful, taking the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Had Arthroscopic knee surgery on 1/24/25 and it was a breeze thanks to Dr. Chiu and the whole staff. They made me feel comfortable the whole time and answered all my questions. Was up and walking when I got home.
