Just wanna say most definitely my past 2 experiences at this Day Surgery Center we're all outstanding with all nurses, staff especially both Pre-op teams (Rachel, Vickie and Julie plus all others) who took care of putting in my IV and what ever else I needed care for before and after Procedures even made I was extremely comfortable from start to finish Was here for 2 different procedures Thursday March 6th and Wednesday March 12th, 2025 and definitely recommend to other's for this place All friendly Thank you from Matt E

Yesterday my elderly father had out patient surgery at NCH. Unfortunately he has had a lot of experience with hospitals because of health conditions. He told me that NCH was the best he has experienced. The preop team (Jennifer and Glenda) were terrific and so attuned to his needs. The warm blankets were a huge hit with him. The postop team (Marilyn and Tracy) were listening and provided valuable information in a caring and professional manner. The whole team performed wonderfully and made an otherwise unhappy procedure bearable and above and beyond other hospital staffs. Thanks so much from the Delano's.

The staff is truly amazing. I had a 1.5 hour surgery. They’re very informative, kind and show true healthcare and what you would expect. They actually met beyond my expectations. Dr.Chan is a wonderful anesthesiologist and the nurses are so great and caring! The best in the surgical field in my opinion and I’ve had a few. They made me feel very well taken care of. Extremely pleased with this surgery center.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! As before any procedure you are anxious and nervous and the staff were fabulous. Check-in was a breeze, Katie was as nice as can be with all the admitting questions, etc. My doctor and the anesthesiologist both stopped by to check on me and ask if I had any questions. Then Laurie, the surgical nurse came to take me to the OR; Again asking if I had any questions. Next thing I knew I was in recovery and Soo couldn't have been nicer; making sure I was comfortable and asking if I wanted something to drink and eat. When my husband came to pick me up †hey walked me to the car and called the following day to check in. Great group of people and helped make the day as comforting as possible

Everyone I encountered during my surgery was wonderful! All the nurses I had were all very kind and made sure I was comfortable during the pre-op to the OR, and recovery. They also did a great job making sure I had all the information and knew what to expect! Great experience (well great for being there for surgery)!
