My favorite nurse is Brittany the RN. I really prefer that she is the nurse that puts me under. She’s so good with the patients and super caring. Her and Yaacoub are my favorite and the main reason I go here. I am a hard stick and hard to get put under along with having bad medical PTSD and she always makes me feel safe and comfortable.

Doctors and nurses are great. IL pain and spine are trying to go to AI. It makes it harder to get anything done, like talk to the office. The AI called me on thanksgiving at 4:00 when we sat down for prayers and dinner to tell me I had an appointment a week away. That is not intelligent. Go back to people.

Writing this on behalf of my mom, who recently saw Dr. Yaacoub for a knee injection. She had such a wonderful experience that I wanted to share it here. She said Dr. Yaacoub was incredibly gentle, patient, and made her feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. The injection was quick and almost painless, and she’s already feeling so much relief. She also couldn’t say enough nice things about the staff.. My mom highly recommends Dr. Yaacoub and his team for anyone looking for compassionate, skilled pain management care.

The staff and Dr Y. is the only reason why my PCP recommended that I give them a call. The service I had hoped to receive was no longer available, but the information I was provided explained more clearly about my condition. I look forward to seeing them again soon to receive discussed medical attention needed

I see Dr. Chadi Yaacoub And I could not ask for a better physician. He listens tries to understand what you’re going through so he can treat you appropriately. He has a terrific bedside manner, wonderful sense of humor and makes you feel very comfortable. The staff is totally amazing. They’re very respectful and kind. They treat you like they’ve known you for years. The wait time is good. Getting an appointment is very easy. I would never go anywhere else and I recommend them to all of my friends and family.
