Staff are very, very kind and gracious! Dr. Aprahamian did a terrific job! My sight in my left eye is now 20/25! I see 30-40% more light out of my left eye! Praise the Lord! ❤️🙏🌈😃

The procedures went fine, but the billing was a mess. I was told my second set of procedures wouldn't be charged to me because the first didn't go as planned. But here I am months later and they suddenly send me a $600+ bill. Apparently I "misunderstood".

Disrespectful!! I’d give them a 0 if I could !! I’m sitting here waiting for my mom and heard the 2 receptionist talking horribly and giggling at a person they just called to schedule an appt. Saying something about old people not having any common sense and not getting paid enough to deal with this so early. I am disgusted at the lack of professionalism that I hear and see. The whole front bookkeepers and receptionists are loud, joking and laughing. Is there no respect for the people in the waiting room that are nervous and scared ?? I only pray now that the Dr. doing my mom’s surgery is professional and that the staff I see and hear is not a reflection of his ability.
