After have cadiracts surgery a few years back at a different site , My Dr. found i had some scar tissue found i had developed . I quickly got scheduled an appt. And the procedure was quick and painless. Very knowledgeable , courteous and attentive staff .

Very pleasant experience, all issues addressed with direct acknowledgement by the doctor who then provided me with a well thought out approach to my issues and concerns . Concluding with a comprehensive plan that I feel will lead to a successful resolution. Also has a very accomodating, courteous and professional staff. Highly recommended

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the initial process went. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and I really felt comfortable. I have a follow-up appointment in about 3 weeks for the cataract surgery. My first major surgery as an adult.

Long wait times and optical NEVER answers the phone. Midwest please do not respond to this review with ""Our team is dedicated to providing superior service to our patients. We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience, thank you so much for taking the time to provide a review. We truly value our patients and their feedback"" this is NOT true. Please do better! Feel free to comment whether or not glasses for my daughter and I have been received since no one called and no one answers the phone.

Today was my first visit. I had an eye exam several test and a counseltation for cataract surgery. I didn't have to wait long. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The doctor helped me understand questions I had about the educational videos I watched before the appointment and help me understand what would be best for my specific needs. Before coming I was anxious about having the procedure done. I left feeling confident that all will go well and I'm looking forward to seeing better soon.
