I had a minor surgery at Gold Coast Surgery Center and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Pre-op: June was a truly exceptional nurse—demure, attentive, and highly professional. He made me feel genuinely cared for and at ease throughout the pre-operative process. Post-op: Teylor and Joe were phenomenal. They were extremely personable while staying impressively efficient—exactly the kind of calm, competent energy you want during recovery. A special thank you as well to Yesenia, RN, who transported me—she was kind, reassuring, and professional. Lastly, I’m very grateful for the anesthesiology team. The physician anesthesiologist was superb—warm and personal, and also an excellent advocate for my needs. That level of communication and care makes a huge difference. Highly recommend this center for anyone seeking top-tier clinical care with a genuinely supportive team

Was here 3 weeks ago for a total disc replacement at C6/7 with Dr. Singh. Location is phenomenal and easily accessible! The staff was INCREDIBLE. June handled all the triage and prep like a pro! Dr. Heather was the incredible Anesthesiologist and Alison handled all of my recovery post op (BTW..she makes an incredible charcuterie board to curb those post surgery munchies!) . Its Big City care with a Small Town atmosphere! Truly an all around amazing experience! Highly recommend them!

The services provided were fine but billing is a nightmare. I have tried to reach the insurance office and every day the mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message .. After surgery was performed they sent me a $53,000 bill saying that my Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance is refusing to pay . Imagine how frustrating it is to try to resolve this without being able to get anyone at the Surgicenter to answer the phone.

The service and staff here is amazing. From the front desk to the nurses, everyone is kind, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The nurse who assisted me on my discharge deserves nurse of the year. My uber driver had a poor attitude and was not helpful post op. The nurse asked him for assistance and he was unresponsive so I canceled and ordered another. Did not let me get In until she felt comfortable. Care such as that is what separates this facility from others. Thank you all so much.

Had surgery September 2019 at this facility. My doctor is awesome, Dr Fernandez, no complaints with him or the anesthesia doctor. The nurse staff was great. Requesting payment upfront when you have insurance is absurd and then waiting to have a refund issued is a joke. No problem accepting payment but giving money back seems to be. To be continued...
