The Endo Center is very well run facility. My experience from start to finish was as pleasant as these things can be. Dr. Losurdo was great about explaining my procedure. After my recovery he checked back in and we talked about the results. He has just the right amount of seriousness and humor. My nurse also was so wonderful and calming.

I love Dr. Sun. He has great bed side manner and is very thorough. However, each time I have called I have waited at least 15 minutes on hold and still don’t get the answers I need regarding my prescription and imaging results. A nurse was suppose to return my call yet after 3 days, I’m still waiting. After, calling each morning to remind them I’m waiting for someone to call me, still nothing, VERY frustrating and unprofessional.
