The Endo Center is very well run facility. My experience from start to finish was as pleasant as these things can be. Dr. Losurdo was great about explaining my procedure. I love Dr. Sun. He has great bed side manner and is very thorough. However, each time I have called I have waited at least 15 minutes on hold and still don’t get the answers I need regarding my prescription and imaging results. A nurse was suppose to return my call yet after 3 days, I’m still waiting. After, calling each morning to remind them I’m waiting for someone to call me, still nothing, VERY frustrating and unprofessional.
