Is it common practice to leave your patients hanging and not let them know what time their surgery is? It is after 1pm on the day before I am supposed to have surgery but I still have yet to be told when!! How am I supposed to plan a ride home if I can't even be told when it's happening? Also, the paperwork I submitted to be filled out for my leave to be approved has still not been faxed..

Yo! My surgery team was AWESOME! Had a broken ankle, they fixed a broken ankle. Nurse angels Kelly and Tina made me comfortable, was scared of needles, think one held my hand. Felt very cared for. Both provided a lot of tips and information. You ladies are great at your job, keep it up! Somebody had to wash my 11 day old foot, so sorry/thank you to that person. Jessie, Justine, Abby, Jenna, Carey, Doctors Justesen, Malik and Sorensen. They all did so good. Happy to have had them. Would highly recommend that you not break your ankle, but if you do, then I highly recommend them!!!
