My name is Ronald Herath. i’ve used this facility approximately eight times. The most recent February 10, 2026 and couldn’t be more pleased. All of the staff are wonderful From the time I registered until I walked out the door after my procedure. This has been my experience every time I have utilized them. thank you once again for a pleasant experience.

I had eyes surgery and I experience suck disrespectful discharge nurse ever. She was rushing. I noticed the other people where not being rushed, and saying stupidest stuff I ever heard .My mom had her eyes done last year and the nurse were a lot nicer. What a difference a year makes.

Everyone that i had during the test was great and wonderful but that is where it stops. They were unwilling to work with me on a 2000 bill I was told I needed the money before the test. Well now I got my insurance bill and guess what I only owe 800 dollars now I can’t get anyone to call or email me back. What a surprise they want their money right away but I’m supposed to wait for them to decide to send me my refund…. Seeems kind of shady

Nicest. People. Ever!! The nurses were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met! I mentioned that I was nervous of getting my IV placed and my nurse was so so so caring about it! A few other nurses must have heard my nervous chatter because they stopped by to chat with me and distract me from getting my IV placed. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time! Thank you Katie, Daisy, Colleen, and everyone else who stopped by to give me positive thoughts!! I cannot say enough good things about the staff here.

A remarkably cheerful and effective staff highlighting patient empathy, care, and efficient techniques. I can't say enough positive things about Amsurg in Joliet. I was impressed from entering in the morning till leaving in the afternoon. The staff was extremely sensitive to my needs and my care. Absolutely outstanding.
