WONDERFUL experience at Naperville Surgical Centre! Celenia Oviedo was so kind, thorough, and helpful! My mother needed surgery on her broken wrist, and Dr. Welch did such a wonderful job. We were in and out within 3 hours. It was pleasant, efficient, and my mom is on the road to recovery. We got lucky being referred to NSC. Great staff, beautiful facility and extremely nice staff. Thank you!

Lovely experience. Everything was timely and clean. Staff were so kind and pleasant to be around. My surgery was scheduled for 10:00. I didn’t wait long in Pre op and was leaving by 11:00. I had local anesthetic so I didn’t need monitoring which was nice and allowed me to get out quickly. I read many negative reviews about the center only being interested in your money. They obviously need you to pay so I don’t know why people complain about that. It was a lovely experience. I was listened to and cared for.

This place is the worst. They told me two days before my surgery that I had to pre-pay them $1,500 or they’d cancel my surgery. I told them I would rather wait until I received an explanation of benefits from my health insurance company, and they refused to budge. Since a lot of preparation went into my surgery, I had no choice but to dip into my savings to pay this predatory place. And the worst part? The “care” I got from them on the day of my surgery was horrible. The staff wasn’t friendly, and they rushed me out as soon as my surgery was over. I had to recover in my car. Avoid this place if you can.

I took my 4-year-old to Naperville Surgical Centre to have ear tubes inserted, and the care we received was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond—comforting my daughter by giving her stuffed animal its own armband, which she thought was the coolest thing ever. The medical staff was equally incredible. They were kind, gentle, and so reassuring—not just to my daughter, but to me as well. When she was waking up from anesthesia, they noticed how nervous I was and offered extra support and comfort. What could have been a scary experience turned into something completely different—my daughter actually said, “That was fun, we should go there again!” I’m so thankful for every staff member we encountered. Their compassion and professionalism made a big difference on a big day for our family.
