Just wondering if the surgery room is as dirty and disgusting as the rest of this building, the carpets are all stained from water and whatever else, the doors & elevator entrance are all scuffed up and blackened, the chairs in the waiting rooms are dirty & stained, what is the protocol for a sanitary environment ? Because you would be hard pressed to get a clean bill of health in this environment, more akin to a butcher shop with blood stained floors, quite disgusting actually !!
