I can’t say enough great things about this place and the entire team who took care of me during my hand surgery. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, which immediately put me at ease. The facility itself is spotless and very well organized. Cleanliness clearly matters here, and that gave me a lot of confidence going into my procedure. Every step was explained clearly, all my questions were answered patiently, and I never felt rushed or ignored. The doctors and medical staff are not only highly skilled, but also genuinely compassionate and reassuring. What stood out most to me was how kind and supportive everyone was—from the front desk to the medical team. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and positive. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism exceeded my expectations.

I want to thank the whole surgery and post op team , they had so much patience and were so gentle with my daughter who’s never had surgery before. They explained the whole process with her and reassured her and calmed her nerves . She was treated with great respect and kept her as comfortable as possible . I highly recommend this place for all your orthopedic needs including surgery. Dr. Zats is the absolute best !

This was my first time having a procedure at Palos Hills Surgery Center. The center is very nice. I was extremely pleased with the service from initial phone calls regarding date, time etc. Staff that I spoke with answered my questions. They also told me that I could call back if I had other questions. Now to the date of procedure. My husband and I were pleasantly greeted by Heather at the front desk. Within 3 minutes I was escorted by a nurse to get ready, review my paperwork, answers any additional questions that I had and then she brought my husband back to the room. My procedures started approximately 30 minutes later after Dr. Robert Metzler came to talk to me. The nurses with me in surgery were very nice and helped put me at ease. From arrival to departure was approximately 90 minutes.

I can’t even express how grateful I am for Dr. Bobko and her team. After 5 years of almost non-stop pain in my shoulder I finally found a doctor that listened to me and was able to get my labrum repaired. Dr. Bobko was so kind every time I’ve met her and very professional. My procedure went smoothly and even though I’m only a couple days post-op I’ve had relatively little pain. The facility was also very clean and everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend coming here!
