I got a referral back in September and December. Its feb still no appointment. I missed they call once on a Friday after hours back in December. Tried calling right back couldn't gey through. I have called them just about everyday and gets no answer. Both number will prompt you to leave a message and say the office is closed. Im wondering if this is God's way of telling me but to go here and im just not listening. I had to act like I wanted to pay a bill and got a person. They direct me to scheduling but they keep hanging up on me and not calling back. Dont waste your time like I have. Since September and its now Feb

From the phone intake, to the discharge, every single person/staff member was so nice, friendly, efficient, professional, and respectful. This, despite an issue with the original procedure - which was rescheduled due to a bad outcome even though I had given meticulous attention to the prep. But, I was assured that it happens for about 30% of the people. I had to continue the liquids only diet for a second day and repeat everything. I called that day when I got home with my concerns... what if it doesn't work again? The woman who called me back (quickly, I might add) assured me it would be okay and gave me additional tips to make it work. (She was right!) The next day, every one was again kind and professional. Both of the doctors... Dr. Islam and Dr. Kuga... were very good, professional, and compassionate. I highly recommend Carle Health Endoscopy Center.

Poor care and poor bedside manner. I was told by Dr. Patel my blood labs were positive for Celiac Disease and was told by Dr Khaiser's nurse my biopsy was negative. I was told see you again in 10 years. However, she would have Dr. Patel's nurse follow up with me regarding all my issues. I have had ongoing issues for years and had to get a 2nd opinion after not receiving a call back about anything. I was promised by Dr. Patel that he would be taken care of me and would address my ongoing gastro issues as they did not when they called and said see you in 10 years. I am being cared for now by a different Specialist that didn't agree with how they handled my ongoing issues or treated me. I have multiple autoimmune disorders and am under the care of multiple specialist.

I had a great experience at Central IL Endoscopy for a recent colonoscopy. Everyone was professional and friendly. The procedure was efficient and painless. A much better experience than I have had with a different provider. If you have a choice, choose CI Endoscopy!

My Cobra runs out the end of June, and I have met my deductible. My OBAMA care will have a $5000 deductible. I had called my insurance company and they went through my records and recommended to me what wellness / diagnostic procedures I was eligible for and should consider having before it runs out. A 5 year f/up colonoscopy was due this year and they would pay 80%. The scheduler was able to get me in scheduled for the 5th but the doctor cancelled it today because the 5 years was not exactly until August, even though the insurance pays on calendar year not exact months like Medicare and he was made aware of the insurance circumstances. Very disappointed in the center. Tried the other centers who were on board, but they are booked solid until August and I would need this guys referral anyway-which isn't going to happen. Very poor patient care over 2 months for heavens sakes and his arbitrary rules. I would not recommend a group so hardlined. Every other diagnostic/wellness was very accommodating and they were all a couple months early. Note: The day after I posted this review a very nice lady named Denise called and rescheduled my procedure with apologies. Everyone was very very nice . Thank you so much Denise.
