These people know what they are doing. Surgery for cataract removal was smooth. Explained all things taking place well. The one ding I can give them is that I was not given an eye drop chart to document schedules and use. That was not a deal breaker but would have been nice

Communication prior to, during, and following my procedure was excellent. The entire staff was well organized and very responsive. I never felt rushed to make a decision. I had the most excellent care this week at Hauser Ross surgery center. Dr. Rajjoub (surgeon) and Dr Rodriguez (anesthesia) And along with the staff Nurses (Jordon) and forgive me I can't remember the other names, gave me the best of care. Even though my surgery was delayed a bit due to the patient before me needing extra time, I felt like I was kept informed and was given the best of care. So happy to have such a wonderful facility in our own town. Kept up the good work. Sue Simons
