Let me start with the positives. The center was clean and the staff in the actual surgery part of the center were fantastic. Caring, funny, and calming. Now the negative. 40 minutes before leaving for surgery, I received a phone call demanding the entire payment of my $3,400 deductible. I laughed, and said that was just not plausible. They "settled" for $850 after I was in tears. I kept telling them that my multiple visits and CT scan pre-surgery would surely take care of most of my deductible. No care about it. I simply had to set up a $425/month payment plan. I just had a majority of my claims process, and I owe them under $400. I hope it's easy to get my payment plan canceled, and if not, I'll cancel the card on file! Very stressful practice, especially on the day of surgery!!! They could have called anytime in the week prior.

I felt like a VIP! This was my first surgery and every single staff member was incredibly accommodating and kind. I was sent home with a sweet card signed by some of the staff and didn’t feel that I was rushed out at all. thank you all so much!!

So I have been there twice for knee surgery. Once in 2014 and today, in June of 2025. Both times the entire staff was awesome. I was particularly impressed by the nurse, Josh, who took care of me. He was amazing, very personable and attentive. He explained everything extremely well. He had a great attitude, a sense of humor and he made me feel very relaxed. I wish I could go back and thank him for his exceptional service. If you go there and get Josh you are in good hands.
