Be very careful having procedures done here. Do your research in terms of pricing. I had what I thought was going to be a simple injection to help with my chronic back pain suggested to me by my doctor at Ortho Indy. This simple procedure, less than 1 hour probably cut over $7,619 for "operating fees" and that was in 2022! My insurance did cover most of it, but i was still left owing almost $1,400 myself. The shot also did nothing. People gets these all the time for knee and back pain. I cannot help but think this is related to this facility specifically gouging people.

I have had two back surgeries at this facility. Both times I was treated very well. There were no needs unmet during my time there. The surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses were the best of the best. I 100% recommend this facility.

This place was the worst medical experience I've ever had! They gave me medicine I told them I could not have made me so sick I had neck surgery and was throwing up when my husband asked why they gave me those meds they said that's what they give to everybody. Then they had my husband leave me and go to a pharmacy I. A town we knew nothing g about and bring it back and give it to me. He was the one who took care of me then my nurse left didn't even tell us and another nurse came in and said they were closing and we had to leave. We lived 2 hours away and I was so sick throwing up and urinating on myself and they didn't care couldn't get me out fast enough! I would never go there again!

I just had my l4 & l5 decompression done today and the care by doctor Napier was amazing and so was the staff. So far so good been walking a lot and getting better. I would recommend him to anyone that is having spine issues. Now to the road for recovery ready to fight to see my total outcome from surgery today May 28, 2025.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience i've ever dealt with. Had surgery performed in May 2023. After insurance, i owed $1600 out of pocket. I made a payment arrangement and paid the amount off in November of 2024. Fast forward to last week, i received another bill for $800. I left a message, they finally called today and said this bill is for the facility, the previous bill was for the doctor. So apparently almost 2 years after, they can just make up a reason that you owe them more money. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to Goodman Campbell instead. This place will steal you blind! **Dug a little deeper and found they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Do your research folks.
