The registration worker needs more training on how to talk to the PTs. She was not helpful to answer any questions and gave an unpleasant attitude. No greetings, no thank you, no nothing. She didn't even ask for my name and/or date of birth, she failed to use at least two identifiers on the day of surgery. My original surgery was supposed to be on 09/05 and they cancelled it a day prior however, they failed to tell me my surgery had been cancelled until day of when I had already gotten there. I fasted until 12pm just to be told my surgery wasn’t happening that day. When I tried to stand up for myself due to them wasting my time the receptionist and a nurse got a major attitude with me. Horrible experience from the front-end. Everyone I've talked to about my experience has also been very disappointed. She spoke to me and the person who went with me as if we were dumb and had an unpleasant tone of voice with us. Really negative experience. The first and last surgery there, future surgeries will be done at a different location where people are properly trained to do their job and not waste peoples time. 0/5 stars

I was scheduled for sugury. Due to some issues, it was cancelled.. but they did not tell me until the day of the surgury. I had taken a day off of work for it and arranged a ride and everything. I had also paid ahead of time. When I found out it was cancelled, I requested my money back and was told I couldn't get it till the end of month. Besides this unfortunate issue, everytime I called them to ask them quesitons, they were very rude.. often times interrupting me to talk to a coworker about something while I was on the phone. The actual center itself is outdated.. small, croweded.. is not welcoming and looks dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

had the most comfortable time here for my surgery. even during a delay in the start time for it, the staff made sure i was comfortable and relaxed. i had never been so excited for my favorite drink on ice as i recovered from anesthesia but the team made sure it was there for me offering a wide range of options even when i brought my own (crucial when a breathing tube has been in your throat!). the anesthsialogist did an excellent job making sure i was out like a light and woke up feeling comfortable. thanks to the entire team making the experience great!

Charged almost $13,000 to have 3 TINY moles removed from my son's face and all he was given was a numbing shot! He was awake and it didn't take but 35 minutes! We didn't complain to them about the ridiculous charges, paid majority of the bills associated with the surgery, except a remaining $2,500 they told us we can pay $100 a month towards. We decided however to go ahead and set up ON THEIR WEBSITE $500 a month in payments to pay it off quicker. They've been coming out just fine every 4 weeks then today I receive a notice that the remaining balance has been sent to collections! My husband and I have credit scores above 800 and were planning to buy a car this weekend and they very well could have completely screwed us over! I am furious with this place and would never recommend anyone going here!

Staff was rude and stuck on herself. Not friendly in any way. Most people can tell when a person is fake. Oh but when a male patient came in it was all flirty with him until the wife got to come back. Tones totally change. Lol Also staff got really quiet talking to another staff and then bursting out. Obviously was talking about a patient by what she said in the end. No follow up phone call to inquire on how my surgery went.. Definitely need to hire friendly staff. I didn’t feel wanted by no means. Felt like a total burden. I will go to Columbus Regional if I ever have surgery again. Staff was loud talking about things that shouldn’t be talked about around patients. Doctor was great and like I said they need new staff that CARE for others!!! I’m just wondering how this persons husband would feel about how this person acted toward a male patient. I was treated like trash compared to him. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Save yourself and go to the hospital where you’ll be treated like a patient should be treated! I don’t care how long she said she’s done this type of work but you my friend need to trained on how to treat people!! 10/12/2022 was my surgery
