Had my procedure done yesterday. The facilities were super clean and modern. From the moment I pulled in this staff was nothing short of amazing!! My nurses were phenomenal, EVERYTHING was explained to me and every question I had, even if it was trivial, was answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. I'm allergic to A LOT of medications and they made sure I was accommodated very well. My pain level was managed expertly. My post op nurse Lindsay (sp) was the best, she even gave me extra Lorna Doone cookies 😁. If I ever need another procedure, I HOPE it is at this facility.

Was called to Go through medical history prior to a surgical procedure,, when listing my allergic reactions , the person said she didn’t know if the anesthesiologist would want to work with me . Makes you immediately question their qualifications. . The medication I listed are from my RA and have nothing to do with surgery.. I have allergic reactions to things like vaccines and biological medicine , I do have allergy to shellfish .. which I disclosed .. she made it seem like the anesthesiologist wasn’t Capable of dealing with people that have allergies.. also , the facility wasn’t prepared if a patient had an allergic reaction to something they use .. she was most condescending.. said I needed to call a cardiologist and my primary doctor to get clearance to have surgery . I explained I had several surgeries within the last couple years and they could contact that surgeon , she wasn’t interested . I would never recommend this place for the way I was treated during the initial phone evacuation.. poor patient relation ..
