Excellent, passionate and caring! We’ve experienced a lot of preop crews due to many health issues and this was BY FAR the best group we have ever experienced.

This place is full of cold rude staff and tons of money making scemes. And very impersonal service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And that goes for both offices of my experiences at Elkhart and Nappanee locations. I will say the doctor seemed very knowledgeable but I expect that anyway from any medical establishment! Go somewhere else that will treat you like a person and not another dollar sign walking through the door.

I scheduled an MRI with this institution. I had my insurance clear it. I was called to schedule the MRI by the scheduling department a week prior to the procedure. I asked about financial responsibility and was told that since it was precertified, that I should be cleared. I was called the day before the MRI to confirm the date and time. I asked again about any copay or financial responsibility. I was forwarded to another individuals voicemail. I was never called back. I arrived the next morning as scheduled, only to find that I had to pay $419!! And they said that was only half of my upfront fees, for a total of over 800! I have been in excruciating pain for months and I cannot drive; so rescheduling is a huge inconvenience, plus the gas we had to spend and the sleep my driver lost because we had to be there early. There needs to be better communication, and this is quite simply unacceptable for a facility that claims to be a leader in Northern Indiana. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied and displeased.

After injuring my shoulder yesterday, I found out today that OSMC does not accept the coverage that I have through the exchanges made possible by the ACA. I have just finished praying that God allows these doctors to set aside their ignorance, hatred and greed to fulfill the oath that they took to heal the sick.
