The ONLY time I have been here and they have been on time is when I was the FIRST PATIENT first thing in the morning! They are ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND! No matter what time you get here, you WILL NOT get called back to have your procedure done ON TIME! EVER! HOWEVER - the staff is always friendly and helpful. Itβs not their fault that the DOCTOR is always running behind. And the doctor IS ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND! π‘

They never return your phone calls after a procedure. Very aggravated with the service, even though the nurses were very nice and efficient.

Dr. McDonnell and his staff are great. Heather was my nurse for anesthesia and was funny leading up to procedure. Teresa was my after surgery nurse who shared stories with me while I waited. The nurse who put the IV in was really nice and walked me through what was happening. The doctor also had an apprentice doctor who is very nice and is down to earth. Would recommend the doctor and his staff over and over again. Thank you all!

This place is so unorganized! I had a appointment and it was canceled because they made it for new Year's eve and i guess all staff wanted to leave early so they rescheduled. Jan 6th i go back and they then ask after spending 20 min in waiting room to get called back, have you eaten anything? Well why wouldnt you have said that when the appointment ( s) were made. They used to send paperwork to your address giving exact instructions. I will never be going back

Before my appt with Dr Sanapati I read reviews to see what others had experienced. Honestly I was concerned bc there were so many bad reviews. Many of these reviews I read were a few years old so it's possible AASC had some time to improve on those complaints. I did not have any major complaints at all. I'm basically going to summarize the survey I received From AASC after my procedure. Before my appt day the front desk office manager called me to confirm my appt and she offered very helpful information to me to help prepare for the procedure. The office environment was very clean and organized. My total wait time from the time I got there to the time I was called back was maybe 30 minutes. Acceptable in my books. The staff was friendly from the front desk to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the doctor. All were very friendly and helpful. I was given adequate instructions for both at-home care and follow up. Both the anesthesiologist and the Dr were good to explain what to expect also. The ONLY 2 things I felt AASC could improve on was better communication with us to discuss our costs and insurance coverage along with no opportunity to get to talk to the Dr again after the procedure. I had thought of a few questions I would have liked to ask. Would I go back for any future procedure & would I recommend their facility to others? Absolutely yes and yes. Overall it was a 4-star rating. Thanks AASC.
