Love my Dr. When i get a procedure !!.....all is great for that part......, but FORGET THE URGENT CARE FOR AN ISSUE ! THEY DO NOTHING.

INCOMPETENCE AT ITS WORST! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. My daughter needed help with a stomach problem. They referred her to Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville and they would sent them the scans of her issue. After renting a hotel room, buying gas and food for this appointment, and showing up to the appointment, guess what? Digestive Care didn't even bother to send the scans. They were needed to complete the diagnosis. All Vanderbilt could do was prescribe medication for the pain and send her back home. THIS IS MALPRACTICE! Such incompetence should not be tolerated in the medical industry! I would encourage any medical oversight organization to investigate this practice. Lawsuit may be in order

Upon checking in on 4-1-24 I had Sabrina as my check in person. She sure went above and beyond to help me. It was taking a little time to figure my insurance out and I told her I could step aside while she checks others in. She told me that I was just as important as they are. She got the problem resolved. I have never had a check in person tell me that! That was great service! Thank you Sabrina you are the best!!

Don't risk your health or life with this place. They do not listen to their patients, are not knowledgeable on simple medical questions, there is no consistency on who you see and never get seen by an actual Medical Doctor. They have procedures that are only conducive of turning a profit not diagnosis or treatment for patients. Try Deaconess GI urgent care, got actual results with them and they are much nicer to their patients.
