I had a septoplasty and turbinet reduction from Dr Herr. I can say that the entire process went very well. His nurses and staff were pleasant and light-hearted because I was nervous. The procedure went as predicted with no problems and I am currently in recovery. I can't believe it. For the first time in my entire life, I can breathe through my nose. I can say if you are looking for a facility and a doctor you can trust look no further, this is the place to be!

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Dr. Waterfall and ENT for my son’s tube procedure! Everyone was so kind, patient, and helpful during the day of his procedure! The front desk, nurses, physician, and anesthesiologist were so wonderful! I had my first procedure for my inspire implant yesterday. I found all of the staff to be fantastic! Very friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to and very informative. The anesthesiologist was very informative, professional, and down To earth. The doctor made me feel completely at ease, explained everything and answered all questions I had.
