My wife recently came here and they way Kayde Schaefer acted towards my wife upon walking into the room was utterly shameful. Immediately telling her that she wouldn't give her this or that instead of first speaking to my wife about what the issue was. Simply jumping to conclusions as if my wife was there for narcotics. It was rude and I'm astonished you allow your staff to act in such an unprofessional manner. My wife doesn't want narcotics she just wanted something to help ease the migraines she's having from getting off of methadone. There's plenty of medications that exclude Klonopin and stuff. If my wife wanted Klonopin she most definitely would not have needed to go there to get treated like a junky by Kayde Schaefer since she already has a script for them from your staff. I would suggest that in the future your staff act in a more professional manner or that they find a new career because the field in which they work requires understanding not judgement and miss guided opinions.

I had surgery on my foot today at this facility and team provided me a best-in-class experience to say the least. My extreme fear of needles had almost changed my mind when I first went back, but the staff handled my anxiety and bawling like a baby for the IV like Champs! They treated me so well wore proper PPE and had a very clean facility. Dr. Norton prefect, his regular team perfect and his surgery Team perfect 10 Stars are sooooooooo deserved. I am a super difficult patient and they have my 100 percent trust and loyalty now ☺

Where do you get these nurses? I had a colonoscopy six months ago and my wife just had hers today. Each time we were blown away with the professionalism and caring they displayed. They truly handle you with kid gloves and great sensitivity while displaying exceptional professionalism. Thank you to the staff for making a not so pleasant experience as easy as it can be.

Let the patient beware. My daughter had outpatient surgery there about a month ago. She had asked her doctor if her particular procedure was expensive and was told no - probably $3,000 or so. We arrived at 9:30, she was admitted promptly. The only pre-surgery activities were placing an IV and monitoring her vitals - nothing else. The actual surgery lasted 18 minutes and she was released at 11:40 - just over 2 hours. Imagine our surpise when the bill from the center was in excess of $10,000 - not including the surgeon or anesthesia which was billed separately. My wife immediately asked for an itemization and appealed the cost. The itemization was provided and was broken down into 2 line items called hospital services. - no information at all justifying a $5000/hour charge and the appeal was basically denied. Everything I've found in research indicates a normal charge for this procedure of thousands less than the current charge with notes that out-patient facilities would cost even less - which is what we thought this was. No complaints with the actual service, but I would recommend you either get a firm quote up front (if possible), or be prepared to suffer sticker shock later. Our choice in the will be to choose a different "non-profit" center for any future needs based on our experience.

Such a professional staff! The goodie bag that was sent home with me was a very nice "bonus." I'll see you again in 3 weeks!
