Dr. Defalco did an acl replacement with lcl and meniscus repair on me after a trampoline accident. 2 years later I tried to let him know I was still having issues. Swelling. Alot of locking in the knee. Among other issues like not being able to get full extension. I completed all of my PT but felt that the injury was just so intense I must have needed a 2nd surgery to help gain more movement. He just did an x ray, blamed my weight, I was the same weight the day the accident happened. And prescribed more therapy. It also seemed to bother him i hadnt been back in a while after being released but i had lost coverage. He didn't want to listen. I got a 2nd opinion at Ortho Indy. Dr. Soldatis did an MRI. I had cyclops lesions and scar tissue preventing me from full movement in my knee and causing swelling and locking. I'm only 4 days post op and can tell a huge difference. I only needed crutches 2 days and now I can lay my leg flat. Dr. Defalco helped at the beginning but didn't listen when I returned with issues/health concerns.
I just had my first colonoscopy today done by Dr. Hall. It was a wonderful experience as wonderful as it could be, everyone was really friendly and made me feel so at ease. Special shout out to my nurse Janelle, she was fantastic!!! I would highly recommend them.
Had my nose fixed here twice and the nurses are top notch, doctors are fantastic and informative through the whole process. We've take my father here as well and had nothing but the best care and treatment throughout the entire experience. The director even came in after each of our respective surgeries to check on us and see how we are being treated. I can not recommend this place highly enough.
The surgery itself and the follow-up was great. However, as with most hospital bills I had to set up payment arrangements. I missed two months worth of payments, and due to them having an incorrect address and old disconnected landline phone #, I never received any communication that the account was about to go to collections. I have also never received anything from the agency that the account was sent to. Bottom line is that now my account is in collections!!!! I discovered this when I called to make the two months worth of payments.......
My surgery itself and nurses that went along with it were AMAZING, no complaints about them at all! The problem came after my surgery. I was having major pain and signs of infection and the office would only let me see one specific doctor (Dr. Lozano) who is only available 7 hours a week to see patients, which is completely ridiculous seeing as I live out of town. His whole in office staff was VERY RUDE. I did the best I could to make it in during his office hours (including taking MORE time off work) and he was called into a surgery so it was a wasted trip. Be VERY careful when choosing a doctor at this office, do your research.
