No one ever answers the phone and when they do they are unable to answer questions about the bill I’ve been paying on for 6 months. This is ridiculous. Update: Once we were able to get in contact with the office manager he was a huge help! I don’t know that I would recommend this center but I do appreciate the office managers efforts to remedy the situation.

I had a procedure here on Thursday, May 29th with Dr. Kevin Julian. I would give Dr. Julian and Capital Street Surgery Center a 10/10, if I could. All the staff and doctors were phenomenal! I would highly recommend this facility for any procedure! Kudos to you all!

Like Earl described in his review, we have had the same run around trying to get an invoice paid for product that was shipped to them in good faith for medical devices THEY ordered. I was told multiple times the invoice would be paid only to never receive any payment. Now, none of my calls/messages are being responded to. I hope they pay their staff because they don't seem to be paying their vendors. BEWARE working with them.

I did my procedure at this surgery center and I has a great experience. Jessica who was the nurse that took care of me was amazing! I was nervous but she offered me great service and made me feel comfortable. She even called me to follow up and see how I was feeling and if I had any questions, the day after discharge. Dr. Harper who did my procedure was very knowledgeable, had excellent bedside manner and took time to answer any questions that I had. The anesthesiologist and other staff members that took care of me were awesome as well. I really appreciate the care I received.

I had surgery here yesterday 6/1/22. I showed up incredibly nervous but was greeted with a smile. Debbie was so genuine, caring, and kind. I wish I had known how great my experience would be - I would not have been so nervous the days leading up to surgery! I had an incredible experience and truly felt well cared for. I cannot say enough great things. ❤️
