My son had his tonsillectomy this morning and was cared for by Dr. Hodge. I will say there was nothing that could have went better. Staff and nurses were very helpful and made sure my son was comfortable the entire time, very reassuring to him that everything would be okay. Gave popsicles and ice water right after procedure. Overall great experience. Dr. Hodge was very nice, answered every question we had. There was never a moment we felt rushed everyone was very accommodating. Thank you so much Advanced regional surgery Center!

I had a total thyroidectomy at Advanced Regional Surgery Center, and the entire team treated me exceptionally well. I had a great experience from start to finish. The facility was clean, well-appointed, and made me feel very safe. The staff was supportive, professional, and kind throughout my care. Nothing bad happened, and I truly felt well taken care of

Overall, our care was phenomenal. As I was feeding my child & changing her after the procedure was complete, I felt really rushed to leave. I understand there are other cases lined up for the day, but I did not appreciate being rushed out of our room. One nurse came to check on us & simply asked how we were doing then shortly after she left another one came in & rudely opened our curtain all the way & stood there watching me until I was done putting my child in her car seat & gathering our belongings to head out. That was my only negative flaw from our visit to have tubes placed in my 8 month olds ears. Dr Hodge was wonderful!

We had a wonderful experience at this surgery center for my son. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, caring, and professional. They made us feel comfortable and reassured during a stressful time. Everything was very well organized, and the process was quick and efficient without ever feeling rushed. The doctors and nurses took the time to explain everything and treated my son with so much patience and compassion. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care we received and would highly recommend this center to any parent.

Our son had surgery here and we had a great experience. The staff were kind and we received great care. Our son was probably not the easiest patient and they handled everything no problem. Although our interactions were brief and short, we did greatly appreciate the nurses Mindi and Angela.
