This has been my eye doctor for a few years, and my husband’s for awhile now. Love the service here. One of the things that I love is building a rapport with the staff. For example, Karla Pearson always remembers you, asks how you are, and genuinely cares about the patients and what’s going on in your life. She is friendly and helpful and makes sure to work with your schedule to get appointments and even calls to remind you in time that if you need to reschedule, you can without penalty (like some other doctors readily charge). It really sets a positive tone when you walk in and immediately feel so welcomed!

Worse place to get your surgery done if your appt. Is at 9am they don't even call you back they make you wait for a hour and a half in the waiting room then when you get to the back they have you lined up like cattle I was really hoping when I got my second eye done it would be different lol long story short I. Still waiting in the waiting room.

The staff is very friendly and know what they're doing BUT I would never recommend this office simply due to their horrible time management stills. My very first new patient appt I waited over an hour past my scheduled appt time JUST TO GET SEEN. I gave them 2 more chances and they failed miserabley both times and it comes off very disrespectful of people's time. The shortest I have waited to simply get called from the waiting room is 35 mins past my scheduled appt time. I enjoy and appreciate all the staff members I have been in contact with but obviously changes need to occur with the length of time allotted for appts or something to decrease wait times!!

6 hour wait. Unprofessional staff. Office is dirty and unkept. No comfort for waiters. No magazines, no paper, no TV and even the bathroom needed toilet paper. Not enough chairs for patients to sit in the waiting room. Unkept appearance inside and out.

I had an appointment at 2:15 pm and I was there for almost two hours. I don't understand why you have to wait that long to be seen; concerning if you're late they make you reschedule your appointment. Its okay for them to make you wait forever to be seen. I understand that you have to get some eye test done but still you shouldn't have to wait an hour or more to see the eye doctor. I also don't mean anything wrong but you really need to do better on getting your time schedule correct were people aren't waiting for a long time.
