I did not get a warm feeling about this place. The lady who greeted me upon check in was obviously having a bad day and wasn’t very nice. The entire staff seemed very tense and uptight which made me nervous. The doctor I saw couldn’t get off his phone long enough to say a few kind words to me. I made it out of there but will never subject myself to that kind of cold, “don’t care” treatment again. Healthcare dosent have to be this way, but N Indiana is really bad. I have really good insurance so it wasn’t that I was a charity case, which should have no bearing anyway. I just hope the test results were accurate. This place has lots of room for improvement

Had knee surgery today and everyone from check in to prep nurse and operating room nurses were awesome very quick and efficient very caring for your needs , I’m a very nervous person as it is and anything with Drs make ten times worse but they made me feel very at ease .👍👍
