I hate to leave a negative review because the staff and doctor were very nice. I had an appointment on the 14th of last month. I ordered glasses that were suppose to take a week maybe 2 weeks tops. I haven't received any communication and I can't get in contact with anyone. This is my 1st and last time with them. Glad I didn't fully pay for them yet.
Outstanding experience! First time to this practice. Everyone I interacted with was 5 star from the initial phone call to the check out process…friendly, professional & caring. I had a potential retinal detachment and they worked me in that day, even though I was a new patient. Dr Faust treated me with care & took his time in explaining everything in detail. I worked in healthcare for 35+ years, many in supervision, and I would be proud to work with any of the individuals at this office (downtown Mishawaka). Thank you for all you do!!!
Best customer service and professional workers. One of the best workers named Rhonda is very passionate when it comes to customer satisfaction and doing it right. She's really professional and caring.
I had a really great experience here. I initially went to a virtual eye doctor who gave me the wrong prescription, which led to constant headaches and discomfort. Thankfully, Dr. Faust corrected my prescription, and I’ve been headache free ever since. He also went above and beyond when my toddler got something in his eye that caused redness, pain, and difficulty opening it. Dr. Faust was patient, gentle, and extremely helpful in getting it resolved quickly. Highly recommend!
The only complaint I have is there are no handicapped parking spaces. We have a wheelchair van and if there isn’t a van accessible space we have to load and unload our daughter directly into the area that cars enter and exit from, not at all a safe choice. Other than that, which is a *HUGE* issue, the staff and doctor’s are amazing and kind and I completely trust them with my and my family’s eye care. Please just get some handicap parking spaces and at least one that is van accessible and near the ramp for ease in inclement weather. Also, automatic doors with the wheelchair buttons would be incredibly helpful. The entrance that leads into the small foyer and then there is another door to get into the office is almost impossible to navigate my daughter’s 400# wheelchair through and not having push buttons to open the door just further compounds the issue and could cause damage to your doors and foyer or it could cause damage to the client’s wheelchair that very often takes months to resolve and Medicare/Medicaid or private insurers could theoretically could come after your company to pay for those repairs. We want to keep coming here, again because the staff and service are amazing, but accessibility may force us to make another choice.
