Dr Bonynge has been helping treat my neck/nerve pain and migraines from a injury 4 year ago. I've been to multiple doctors including acupuncturist, orthopedic, and chiropractor with no precise answers or relief. The pain and migraines I experience are debilitating. Dr Bonynge provided answers, solutions, and was extremely detailed, patient, and attentive. You can tell he truly cares for the well being of his patients, is long-term solution oriented, and works with a high level of excellence. Although I have a bit of road ahead, I'm thankful to be on the path to healing. Thank you Midwest Spine & Dr Bonynge.
VERY unprofessional!! and they try to over charge for copay, then add a charge for paying your copay! And when you enter your information like medications into their patient portal, the nurse has NO access to it, then will get VERY RUDE when you ask why. I attached a screen shot of their VERY unprofessional email. DO NOT TRUST or GO TO!
Went in for severe neck pain. The Dr spent about 2 minutes with me just to tell me that I needed an MRI. When I asked him about pain medication in the mean time, he asked what was I currently taking. I told him that I was taking expired pain pills from my husband's last surgery. He said, "just keep doing that." After my mri i saw him again. He didn't look at my chart, glanced at 1 image on the MRI and told me I needed a cortisone shot, again only spending about 2 minutes of his time in the room with me. I got a second opinion at Rush where they told me that my issue could actually be reversed with therapy and a steroid pack would help just as much as the cortisone shot. Every time I've been here, they want to do cortisone shots. You get the feeling that they just want the money from your appointments and insurance money from the shots. Find somewhere that will actually address the problem instead of just putting a bandaid on it.
I had a great experience with Doctor with my recent appointment! When I met with the doctor, he took the time to thoroughly review my medical history before asking about any concerns. He didn’t rush through the appointment but listened carefully and answered all of my questions with clear, thoughtful explanations. After the appointment, he provided me with additional resources and even followed up a week later to check on my progress. It was refreshing to feel heard and genuinely cared for in a medical setting.
It was wonderful to walk in and from the receptionists,n, the E-xray tech, the nurse to the doctor. It made a nervous visit to a calming one. The professionalism is outstanding. Dr. Wallace did great speaking to me, explaining everything to me so that I would.understand. Asking if I had questions without rushing with an answer. What a group of professionals, you wont be disappointed.
