Issues with billing. Did not bill my insurance correctly. Never sent a bill just put it on my credot report and sent it to collections.

If you are a senior on limited income do not use this facility. 1)they are so antiquated they do not have a website to make payments2)they are very threatening when you do not make payments - they will not work with you on this, even if you are low income. 3)If you don't make payments they will forward you to collections
