Our daughter had to have surgery on her nose. The nurses, doctor, & anesthesiologist all made her feel very comfortable. As parents it was a relief to know she was in good hands, with caring, empathetic people by her side when we couldn’t be. What an amazing staff. Today was my second visit, the staff here really puts you at ease, they explain everything to you about your surgery and keep you calm and relaxed. I just can’t say enough nice things about the staff from the moment you walk in to the moment they walk you to your car. Happy New Year to all. And thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you to all the nurses ,Doctor assistance and such A amazing Dr.Rad God Bless, everyone who helped with my Carpal Tunnel Surgery and draining of my cyst. The Hospital was super clean and very good at what they do.I truly appreciate all of your hard work and dedication it takes to do the jobs you each have. If I could give them 100 ⭐️'s I would!! I had arthroscopic shoulder surgery. I arrived early and hardly had to wait throughout the whole day. The staff is 2nd to none. As a surgical sales rep I have seen a lot of hospitals and surgery centers. Nothing compares to Mason City Surgery Center. Of course the Dr, but the unsung hero's of the day were the ENTIRE nursing, anesthesia, and reception staff. Every question was an answered thoroughly and with a smile. Attention to details and hospitality are paramount, and it shows. I felt like I was saying thank you the entire time I was there because of the way my wife and I were treated. We will never go anywhere else, what makes that exceptional is we live 2 1/2 hours away. This same care is also given at their Dr Clinics, Hospital and Radiology!!!!

I recently had a surgical procedure at the Mason City Surgery Center. The procedure required an overnight stay at the center. I was extremely pleased with everything from my surgeon and the OR staff to my aftercare nurses. They all took great care of me and were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Surgery Center for applicable surgery needs. My thanks to all who helped me.
