Fantastic medical staff - very kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and friendly. Rooms were clean. Prpcedure was quick. Doctor came and spoke with family members to update us and provide a detailed discharge plan. Highly recommend the clinic for outpatient procedures.

Absolutely zero compassion. At dismissal, I was still very groggy from anesthesia, I had fallen back asleep in the chair waiting for my ride to arrive from the parking ramp, (my husband asked if i could stay a little longer, but they were quick to have me exit.) I was referred to by the wrong name several times, I hope they found that person. If you call post procedure with a concern that you were told is a major concern, They will tell you "sorry" just take ibuprofen and call your ER if any problems. No compassion post procedure. It's definitely a "we got your insurance money, now go away" place. Very suprised at their behavior. :(

Excellent place to go to have a surgery done, but you get a bill from them make one payment an don't get another bill from them. I called to find out about it and the lady said they sent it to collections with out any notification. Not a very good way to do business at all.

This is my favorite place to wait for someone while they have surgery. They have free coffee in the lobby that actually tastes good and also a small cafe with various snacks for reasonable prices in case you get hungry while waiting. You can choose to remain in the patient's suite which has its own bathroom and TV while the patient is in surgery. You can also take advantage of the free valet parking right next door. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, and the people are very nice. If I ever need surgery I want to have it done here.

I had my daughter there this morning for a hand surgery after a boating accident last night and I am so impressed by the level of care she received. From the gals at the front desk, the nursing staff, anesthesiology and the doctor it was truly a very comfortable and caring environment.
