We were met by Jamie at the front desk. She was so pleasant, and happy. She was an absolute delight. Everyone working a front desk should be this nice. The center was clean, and my nurse Gwen was wonderful. She put me at ease, and made me so comfortable. I would highly recommend The Surgery Center. It was as good as it gets for outpatient surgery & care.

I had a great experience from check in to discharge! I wish I could remember everyone's names but alas I cannot. Everyone was so kind and caring, though. They all performed with my comfort and needs in mind and I was truly never really nervous while there as I knew I was being well taken care of. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive and I would highly recommend to anyone needing surgery!

They expect payment up front for their facilities rather than waiting for the claim to be processed. Now Ill be having to ensure I get something credited back as Im assuming I paid too much. Overall, everyone was nice and respectful! I felt very comfortable with all my interactions and the quality of services provided while in their care.

I had foot surgery on 26 September 2023 at the Surgery Center of Des Moines, 5901 Westown Pkwy Suite 100, West Des Moines, IA. I cannot say enough about the quality of service, attitudes and concern shown to me. Everyone, from the front desk to after care went above and beyond. They even called the day after to check on my well being. I am beyond impressed with the level of care I received. My heartfelt thanks goes out to everyone there, thank you so much.
