They did not take care of my family member who was a patient. They don’t update family when they’re running behind. Doctor didn’t come out to talk to family after surgery was done. Poor communication. Patient had colonoscopy and they did not clean up patient after. Poor nursing.

I had a small lipoma removed from my neck. The team that I seen was AMAZING! Dr. Bunting is the absolute BEST & im thankful that I had my surgery at Andover Surgery Center! Thank you guys for taking great care of me!

Had shoulder surgery here on 7/10/25. All was fine until after surgery during discharge. They couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. I had brought in a shirt to wear out of there that had Velcro closures all the way down the sides and on the sleeves to make it easier to dress around the surgical site and the nurses, and I use that term loosely, put it on over the sling and it wasn’t even closed all the way so I had skin showing everywhere. In addition, I wasn’t even awake yet and they wheeled me out to the car and put me in. I wasn’t allowed to remove the sling until PT four days later, so I had to endure the sling directly on my skin with shirts over it for four days. Won’t return to this surgery center.

Nicol was part of my pre op team & she was incredible, one of the best care team members I've ever had. understanding & a great sense of humor. really listened to me & very accommodating. also she's great at IVs, probably one of the easiest sticks I've ever had. give her a raise for excelling at what she does.
