An excellent surgery center with professional, friendly, and welcoming nurses, doctors, anesthesiologists, and staff. I had two procedures there this year and was highly satisfied with the care and services I received both times.
Nurses were great. Doctors not so much.. they expect you to not change anything for weeks or shower : because they don’t send you home with anything as back ups incase something happens that doesn’t necessarily need an emergent appointment and can be handled with a new dressing on whatever you had done.. gross behavior. They are asking for major health risks and lawsuits if they don’t change .
Clean, efficient, and effective outpatient clinic. My child had a procedure there and the team was focused on giving information prior to procedure, and more importantly managing post op pain. I was impressed with the general process of the whole day.
This is a "get in get out" facility. Don't expect time to have any complications. However...the nursing staff was nice but "generically" nice...no introductions or names given, no "extra" info given unless a question was asked. The job is to get you in and out and they do that with a smile pretty much. I had an EXCEPTIONAL nurse named MALONE! She managed my unexpected pain with everything she could give without hesitation or even asking what my pain level was.. she just paid attention to my signs! Her kindness isn't easily matched in all the facilities I have been in! She wasn't one to treat me like "all others" and IT MATTERED! THANK YOU MALONE! You are a rare one and never change! My doctor didnt wait until I was even conscience to talk to me but DID call my contact and give her the summary. But, when I checked in I gave one name for my check-in person. But then immediately changed it on the paperwork. I was assured that it had been changed. But yet they called the person that I wanted it changed from, and not my spouse. Also, all we're told that after getting me prepped for the procedure, my family would be able to come back with me. After the prep, they began immediately taking me back to the procedure. Until I stopped them and insisted on saying goodbye to my family before I left. Just another example of get you and get you out. I make this statement because I just want people to understand that this clinic is different if you don't know what they are like. This is all they do, and they, are very different from a hospital type facility. That being said, operating room support staff was outstanding and with the exception of a few, overall, the experience was "ok".
I had been having trouble previously with finding good medical care for a tumor that I had. They were very knowledgeable and made my stay extremely comfortable. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, and they made it an excellent experience. Never thought I would be excited about a surgery and give a review, however here we are. Definitely would recommend. They made my wife and I feel very comfortable and worry free throughout the surgery and everything went excellent. Very happy I was referred there!! My tumor is now gone and everything is good to go!! Thanks guys!!
