This was a great experience, they were kind and caring I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The wait was not that bad, they had tv's, snacks, drinks. Reilly was my nurse for the surgery, she made me feel so at ease and less stressed. Dr. Hocker and his staff are the best, nice to see that EXCELLENT customer service is still around! The staff at Advanced Dermatologic reflect the caring and professional attitude of Dr. Hocker. I would urge any friend or loved one to use this practice if they were in need of these services. The level of care is above any clinic or surgical care facility I've ever been to. They made a difficult day the absolute the best it could've been.

Dr. Hocker was fantastic. On time, very thorough and professional. He obviously knows his stuff… thank you.!! Olivia his assistant was so kind and exceptional. Her deadening with a needle was almost unrecognizable needed for a biopsy.. what an enjoyable experience going to the doctor..!!!

I cannot put into words how appreciative I am of Dr. Hocker and his incredible team. I had my second MOHS surgery this morning and the experience I had was a night and day difference from the experience with my first (performed at a hospital in town). From the second I walked in, the staff was kind and comforting. I was very, very nervous and they did everything to reassure me and help me stay comfortable. Dr. Hocker was meticulous but also quick - all while maintaining great, calm conversation to keep me at ease. I wish I could give six stars. If you have to have a MOHS procedure, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going to see Dr. Hocker. Special shout out to Alli and Quinn - you gals are saints 🤍

I had another great experience at this dermatology office. Nurse Reilly was fantastic — friendly, professional, and made the visit enjoyable. They even had music playing, and Reilly and Dr. Hocker were joking about what it was. Reilly said it sounded like Italian scat… which we later realized is actually a real thing 😂 It made the whole appointment feel relaxed and human. Dr. Hocker is an excellent doctor. I’ve been here before, and he truly leaves no scar — honestly, he could be a plastic surgeon. His skill and attention to detail really stand out. I’ve also been helped by Nurse Sara in the past, and she was wonderful as well. Overall, a great team, great care, and an office that makes you feel comfortable every time.
