I’ve had an incredible experience with Beacon Surgery Center! In my first appointment at Sano Specialty Care upstairs with Dr. Palmer, I received all of the information I needed for my Carpal Tunnel surgery. With my surgery at Beacon Surgery Center, every single staff member during the whole process (scheduling, billing, pre-op and post-op) have been so kind and helpful, and provided an atmosphere that was peaceful from start to finish! Dr. Palmer did a fantastic job performing my surgery, my results were phenomenal and recovery was so easy! Any questions I had were always answered in a timely manner and everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend Sano, Beacon, and Dr. Palmer!!

This Beacon Surgery Center out in Overland Park was outstanding in how they took care of me on the morning of July 28 for my shoulder surgery. Everyone there from the person that checked me in, to all of the nurses that were getting me prepped for surgery, were totally awesome. In fact I called them all The “A” Team because each one performed their duties in getting me prepped as a team for surgery and they were so professional but yet with a little slice of humor here and there to keep me at ease. it was a great experience and I couldn’t thank them enough for getting me ready for surgery and even after surgery… definitely a picture of EXCELLENCE in my book

From start to finish, our experience at this surgery center was outstanding. A special thank-you to the front-desk staff member who greeted us first. She looked polished and alert, immediately put us at ease, and clearly knew her job inside and out. Because of her efficiency, we moved through check-in and into the intake process very quickly. The team that followed was just as impressive. The staff member who handled my husband’s surgical intake was professional, thorough, and compassionate—asking all the right questions and keeping track of every detail. IV placement was done quickly and virtually pain-free, and everyone we met communicated clearly and kindly. Practical details matter, too, and this center gets them right. Parking is simple and fully navigable, and the location is convenient, just off the highway. The building is modern, accessible, and well equipped for patients with mobility challenges. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing outpatient surgery or related services.
