My experience at Mid-America Surgery was outstanding. I had a total knee replacement and was in about 7:00 AM and home by 3:30 PM. Every phase of the operations from pre surgery consultation, check in, surgery, recovery and discharge was handled with professionalism tempered with kindness and concern from my will being. They followed up with a check in on my first full day home and I could report that I was making good progress. Great alternative to a crowded hospital and exposure to other illnesses.

Great staff and medical professionals. Took great care of me for my first ever outpatient surgery. Nurses did a great job with communication prior to as well as post-surgery with any and all of my questions. Highly recommend

After asking for an update on my husband after surgery the recovery nurse was very rude and made me cry. The front desk was very kind to me and my kids. After run in with the nurse someone even sat with my kids so I could go see my husband for a bit. Would of loved better communication after surgery since I couldn't go back to see him.

My 1 year old had tubes placed and we were so incredibly impressed by each and every staff member we encountered. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left I felt taken care of and that my baby was in good hands. Terri, Victoria, Linda, Jaime, Trish N, and Lanie were all incredible. We were obviously nervous first time parents sending our daughter back for surgery and they all took the time to explain and put us at ease. I have no doubt we were in the right place.

Efficient and friendly. I had no issues other than the one that I came to have fixed and front desk paperwork was smooth, nurse care was understanding and caring, anesthesiologists took the time to explain whatever I needed and my surgeon spent time with my family and me for anything we wanted to know. Follow-up calls were made and allowed me to ask even more questions which were patiently answered. Another good point is that everyone's estimate of how long it would take was very accurate and the surgeon was on time. Medical equipment looked very modern and facility was clean. Overall, a good small facility.
