After surgery, was asked how I felt said "disoriented and dizzy." Was put in wheelchair anyway taken down to pick up spot. Asked if I could have some water since none was offered. Could barely get to the car (even with assistance.) They just wanted me out of their so make the space available for next patient. Was like a factory assembly line. Liked my doc but will not recommend him to friends since he uses this facility.

I was given a specific amount to pay for each procedure!! I paid!! I get a bill, one of my payments not showing. I call billing clearly they have zero clue what they are doing! Asked if I was Medicaid? No and no you don’t see my insurance you got payments from! Yes I work!! No Medicaid!! Then she proceeds to tell me they figured the wrong amount for me to pay???? Clearly the billing department is not compatent!! You figure payment right or YOU take accountability!!!! Sloppy and unprofessional!!! Just say no and go elsewhere!!!

I had glaucoma surgery on April 23 and April 30th., I spent 2500.00 with doctor and the surgery center. I have health insurance but these criminals want you to put your money up front. I haven’t received a dime from these two places . I called the billing department several times requesting for receipts for the services nothing. If you can take your business somewhere else.

I got surgery on both eyes, Very happy with everything! Great place! Everyone, that worked there were very kind, and comforting. I can definitely tell everyone cared to make me feel comfortable and reassure me everything will be ok. ❤️. Best part I can see without glasses! No issues.

I am not at all happy with the surgery done by them, they are nice people but it is a factory they roll you in and line you up with everyone else and some people prep you others do the next stage. after you are out I have no idea who treated me or worked on me but my eye is not right and they say it is normal. I would never go back to them again.
