The experience was great. They called to see if I could make it in earlier and when I arrived they were ready and the man who checked me in was so friendly. The medical staff was very nice and accommodating. The facility was clean and easy to get in and out of. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole procedure.

Every person I encountered was fantastic. Jennifer at the front desk was so kind. Pre-op Elizabeth made me feel very at ease. PACU Kathy, surgery staff Pat and Allie I’m sure were great I just wouldn’t know since I was out. Dr. Cundriff and Soliman, I would highly recommend. They were so caring and got me in so quickly. Thank you all for what you all day!!

The personnel were all so friendly and professional. Starting with the very sweet Jason doing the check in. Aldo a favorite was Bridget who cared for me like a baby. Everyone was great; made it seem like a spa. I would have procedures done here again without hesitation.

Can’t say enough about my pleasant experience with them! The nursing staff was absolutely wonderful and made me feel so comfortable and safe- they were all so sweet and caring. The facility itself was easy to navigate and what you’d expect for having major surgery- similar to a major hospital. Best surgery experience I’ve had thanks to the staff & of course my Dr and his staff. Highly recommend.

1 STAR Thumbs down!! Wow, i never thought i would have to leave a not so happy review! If i feel a certain way im definitely voicing it! Felt like a patient with just a number! Dr was just quick to the point, kind of displaying a nature of he doesn’t have time for patients like “me” I will be seeking other doctors for my condition, whom care! Definitely not this guy. This Dr definitely just sent me off not trying to understand nor hear me out, hell he rarely listened to me explain my condition! I never felt so unwelcomed in a doctors office in my life! One other thing there is no point of asking a patient on a scale about pain, especially if a person is not receiving anything for pain when stated that it was at a 10! Not a CARE! Thanks but No thanks dr drake And no one can tell me about what I EXPERIENCED! So UNWELCOMING!!! Probably because im BLACK?! 😡
