Then team there were so professional. They seem to have a routine that is so organized. I did not wait any time at all in the operating room until I received the the medication to put me to sleep. I was put to sleep before they put on my stomach which is very uncomfortable to me. Dr. Kloster has the best bed side manner and really listens when I talk about my pain issues, I have recommended him to many of my friends. I don't think there is a better group of professionals anywhere.

The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, and the nursing team was kind, professional, and reassuring throughout. My dad got cataract surgery on both eyes , Dr. Brian Heiniger , did a great job , besides his medical skills he has a nice customer service as well , he made us feel comfortable and I belived that my dad was in good hands . The staff was friendly and prompt to help , clean space and environment. Nurses , anesthesiologists and front desk people friendly , please keep up with the service . I noticed when people comes in they all are nervous and uncertain …. everything starts with a friendly and warm welcoming making them feel that everything will be ok . Being kind to everyone and having excellent personnel in all of your areas is the key of your success .
